1. House warranty As part of our commitment to service your home throughout the warranty period, we have instituted prescheduled post-closing warranty visits, 30 day, 3 and 11 month visits. The goal of these visits is to ensure your structure warranty needs are appropriately addressed while at the same time providing you with the comfort of knowing that a Tanaboon representative will be there for you both before and after closing.

2. Handy man service This regular service is available during working hours Monday-Saturday. For more information about service list, please contact our customer service officer.

3. Help you settle down At Tanaboon, we make you feel more at home by helping you settle down after you first move in. Together with our allied professional partners, we can serve you in furnishing your home in any style you wish

4. Rent or sell a home
If you ever decide to put your house for sales or rent, buthave no idea how, just visit us. We will manage a Home Rental / Sell Service for you to ensure you get agreeable tnants or buyers at the right price.

5. Home and garden care To help release you from house chores or tending your garden during the very hot weather, we offer you a choice of Home & Garden Care Service. Our skillful workers will take good care of your house and garden as if it is their own.

6. Insurance Everyone needs a secure life. If you are look for a new insurance for your health, life, and property or automobile. We can recommend you to a reliable insurance company such as QBE, Allianz C.P. and etc.

7. Construction service
Our experienced construction team does not only build houses for Tanaboon Project but also offers to design, construct or renovate a house, as you request, on your land outside the project with a 3 month to 1 year structural warranty. Please click here for more information.

		8 . Common area maintenance service One of our responsibilities is to keep the village highly maintained, adding value to your property. We provide a common area maintenance service which includes prescheduled garbage collecting service, daily public road cleaning, street lights and round the clock security guard.

		9. Water service Water never runs dry at Tanaboon. We supply you water for daily usage. Water meter maintenance schedule is well planned to make sure your plumbing system always operates well.

10. Friendship service
This is a privileged service reserved for our valued customers at Tanaboon, knowing as "Friendship Service"; we are available to help with:

Provide info for health check-up with hospitals.
Provide information about opening bank account and tourism.
Contact and coordinate with the government authorities
