Why did we choose Tanaboon?

1.	We liked the look of the project from the website and it looked better in reality.

2.	Our initial contact was politely answered and an arrangement was immediately made to pick us up and take us to Tanaboon - unlike other developments, where we had to find our own way there.

3.	From our first day on site, all the way through, every member of staff has been only too willing to do anything to help - we were ferried around, taken to see all the various fixtures and fittings - nothing was a problem and the same theme remains well after your house is completed.

4.	The low-rise aspect of the site is particularly appealing, as are the mature flowering trees.

5.	There is a good mix of expats and Thais on the site and everyone gets on well together.

6.	It is crucial for expats to have a fully managed site as many of us rely on the staff to look after the garden, have the house cleaned and our property looked after and secure even in our absence.

7.	The fact that English is spoken by the staff gives the client a great deal of confidence that all your building requirements will be met.

8.	With the site owner being an experienced US qualified Engineer, great flexibility in house design was possible, with Western standards prevailing.

The Tanaboon website is very informative, giving a clear picture in English of the types of houses available and the costs involved. All Tanaboon houses are bungalows, which suited our needs. We found the costs for both land and house construction reasonable.
Tanaboon was happy to accommodate any changes that we proposed concerning the adaptation of the house. The Tanaboon staffs are very helpful and friendly; our lack of Thai has meant that we have had to rely on their assistance in many ways, and for this we are very appreciative. Furthermore, their staff always find time to cooperate with us in finding solutions to any housing / gardening issues we have. Tanaboon village is pleasantly situated in the countryside outside the centre of Chiang Mai but at the same time is within easy reach of the town's services and amenities. Our neighbours, who are an interesting mix of nationalities and professions, have made us feel most welcome. All in all, a Tanaboon Property is good value for money.

The house plans were very attractive and changes were no problem to Tanaboon. The site is attractive, we like 1 storey houses. The office keeps us informed of progress, very good!!!
We are very happy in Chiang Mai.The people are very kind to us and are patient with "farang". Beautiful city, love the temples and the surrounding countryside is very beautiful, indeed. Good location (International Airport) enables visits and holidays to neighbouring countries...Good weather!!!
